[Eagleusb-dev] Changes to respect FHS

I started to do some changes (paths...) according to 
http://dev.eagle-usb.org/wakka.php?wiki=DeveloppementPackaging.

As soon as it will be finished, should I commit everything on the CVS or is it 
too early?
