I did an inspect with all options turned on, and it made to like 93% and then the CPU usage dropped from 100% almost none. Since it wasn't getting any further than 93% for like 5 minutes, I decided I didn't care that much, and just hit Cancel. But the dialog stayed up there, with the cancel button grayed out, and it's not doing anything. So, IDEA was locked up. Only way to fix it was to end the task.
