Sorry, it's no better.
Currently, I
- disable "Animate Windows"
- disable "antialiased fonts in the editor"
- disable "antialiased fonts in IDEA"
- remove the option : -Dsun.java2d.noddraw
and it still takes about 1 sec. to close the "Project" panel, and open
the "Structure" panel.
