You may very well be getting a blue-screen but simply not seeing it. To confirm (and perhaps to help you resolve the problem) you may want to go into System Properties, select the Startup & Recovery tab and uncheck the "Automatically Restart" checkbox. I'm looking at WinXP to give you this info, but the same thing exists in Win2K but may be named slightly differently. Your other option is to take a look in the Event Log.
