Same problem here. All jsp elements (jsp:xx) show up as errors. Tooltip 
states: Invalid tag library prefix "jsp". Same problem on #647 and #648.

1. Win2k Workstation
2. F:\Idea 6.4.4
3. n:\source\source45.ipr
4. Any JSP file with <jsp:include/>, <jsp:forward/>, <jsp:usebean/>.
   Try the j2ee tutorial's bookstore3 example.
5. Sun j2sdk1.4.0_01
