Yes, we do use voting results. But please note that it's very difficult for developers to use voting for short-term planning. That is, developers choose ordering for tasks according to their development process and not according to the voting results. But when deciding whether we plan to fix a particular bug or implement a particular feature for the release we do use voting results.
