Let's not forget the old question :
to whom belong the non-javadoc comments before a method
Ex.
// ----------------------
// blabla methodA ...
// ----------------------
public void methodA () { ...}
// ----------------------
// blabla methodB ...
// ----------------------
public void methodB () { ...}
The comments must follow the code they comment.

Hello,
I would like to see two buttons in the Structure view: One that moves the
selected method/field up and one that moves it down in the source file (Not
to be mixed with Move up/down the class hierarchy!).
This would make it really easy to clean up bad code.
