Hi,
I'm sure I asked for this a little while back so a big
+10 from me
I just thought also, I seem to recall seeing some messages about where
idea places things when it's creating code (like extract method etc.)
This feature would make it very easy to reorganize stuff if it was not
to a persons liking.
Regarding the comments issue, this needs to be sorted for other places
as well - like do they show up in ctrl-q quick info or not.
I guess we need some form of user definable options here. My personal
favourite is that if there are no blank lines between the comments and
the start of a method / class etc. then they belong to that method /
class otherwise leave them where they are - I think :)
