I've noticed that intellij doesn't alert you about exceptions as well as I
think it really can.

for instance, if a method-call needs to catch an exception, this method
should be underlined, until the exception is caught or propogated. 

If intellij can know about signatures, and exceptions when you "surround
with" a try/catch block, it should be able to know this when you're writing
the code? yes?
