-1. No, no, no. IDEA is a programmer's tool, not a painting app! GUI editors are evil, plain and simple. You can accomplish more by writing your GUI code by hand, you can do it faster and more elegantly. If you cannot, then I recommend lots of practice until you can!
If you like the GUI painting approach, you're better served using jbuider/netbeans/whatever else, since they also come with bells and whistles and wizards to cater for the 'I wanna code by mouse' mentality.
