Here's a suggestion for a new intention action that just occurred to me: 
 Suppose you try to access a private field from a class where this is 
not allowed, but there is a public getter or setter available.  Maybe 
you could suggest replacing the field access with a call to the 
getter/setter?

Don't know whether this is useful enough to be included or whether it 
would just be bloat, though...  Any thoughts?
