When I use IDEA to delete a java file in a package, it does so - the file is gone from the local directory. However, if that file was under CVS control, the job is not finished - I must do a commit on the package/directory to effect the deletion in CVS. The problem is that sometimes this is forgotten and the reappears on subsequent updates...
REQUEST: Can IDEA highlight the package name in blue (or green/brown) to indicate that there are uncommitted changes in the package? This is really only needed when deleting a file, but would be a quick package-level visual indicator that there are changes within the package. The user would then be reminded to commit the directory or look for other changes prior to that act.
