That is interesting. When Kawa users were asked of what their favorite features was, 
"Escape" comment/uncomment was high on the list. It is just what you get used to - 
creatures of habit. :-)

By the way, I can't stand the escape comment/uncomment feature in kawa.  Escape is a 
commonly used key, but commenting out code isn't.
