Currently, IDEA switches to the foreground during startup (3 times, when the
window is created, when the projects starts loading, and when it is finished).
It also switches to foreground when the compiling is finished.
I find this very annoying, because if I want to work with other apps, I
suddenly find my self typing to the wrong window...
Can we have an option to switch this off?
