+1 For an option to enable auto-pop on < for list of taglibs and <tag: for list
of tags.

        It would also be nice to have the ability for < (code complete) to list all the
taglibs that IDEA knows about and if it's not already included on the page add
it.  Much like in Java code where imports are automatically added.

+1 For more advanced attribute highlighting.  FYI IDEA will automatically place
required attributes for you on a CTRL-SPACE (select tag from list) But having a
highlighted list of the rest would be even better.
