I wholeheartedly agree. This is the single biggest *problem* with Idea today - at least if you work in an environment with Emacs and VI users on both Linux and Win32. There Idea doesn't play very well, and I have to use a script to correct the line endings before I check in code. PLEASE FIX THIS with Duane's "Respect Existing Linefeeds" option!!!
