    I think this is essentially what Dan meant.  When you jump to
    the point you requested, the cursor may end up located some-
    where in the method prototype, such as on a parameter, a
    throws clause, or return type.  The ctrl-click is acted upon
    a second time, and then that class (most likely a class, at
    this point), is opened and displayed.

    Just for the record, can you clarify that you are not
    accidentally double-clicking?
