I'm not sure how you classify this, functionality or problem I have set all 'navigation' panes to auto hide except for the project pane. When the project pane is visible, if I select a node within the project and then click in the editor again, the pane stays. This is as expected. If I select the ant pane, click on a target to run it and then after the run, select the editor again, I have NO panes open. I would expect that the last non-auto-hide pane would still be visible, in this example, the project pane. ie. I expect ANT pane to close but the projects to stay open.
After I use CVS, ANT, Hierarchy ,etc. I have to re-open the project pane. I would prefer it if any panes marked not to auto hide would stay open until explicitly closed.
