A couple of bugs I've noticed so far (on Windows 9x):
When you bring up the File menu with Alt-F, Esc doesn't clear the menu.  The
other menu appear to be OK.
When you auto-indent lines using Ctrl+Alt+I, as well as indenting the lines,
it adds an "�", i.e."i" with an accent on it.
The first only happens with US Locale turned off.  The second happens
regardless of Locale.
