Valentin, thanks for clarifying this. This used to confuse me, too.
But now it makes perfect sense. I think what caused the confusion is
that the Hierarchy tool window is on the right tool window bar, and,
coincidentally, all other tool windows that behave this way are in the
bottom tool window bar.
