Hi,

I've experienced the following phenomenon:
if I put bookmarks into a (java-)file and subsequently check the file in
(clearcase) with a cleartool-call the bookmarks are being removed
simultaneously with the file-buffer being set to read-only.

external tool: cleardlg /checkin $FilePath$
        - Synchronize files after execution enabled

It's not the filesystem-writable-flag it depends on, because when
I (re)set it another way, the bookmarks remain existant.

Maybe it's something to do with the files timestamp or so, I don't
know. Anyway, IDEA seems to detect that kind of change to the file,
that the bookmarks are no longer considered valid?
