We keep all our files remote from our workstation and access them over
mapped network drives.
The "Synchronizing Files" operation takes YONKS (like, 60 seconds
sometimes).
Why is it that IntelliJ prevents all other input until the operation is
complete? It wastes quite a bit of my time, and it would be nice if I could
keep working while it was synchronizing.
Perhaps it could stop input to the current when it got to synchronizing
that, but otherwise I don't see why.
