I have to say that this is completely reproducible with build 544 as well.
Run IntelliJ, debug external app once, everything is fine. Immediately try to debug the same app again and it'll fail.It doesn't matter if I edit stuff or rebuild. The only way to get the debugger running again is to restart IntelliJ.
