We have tried to reproduce the problem, but did not manage to. Could you
please send us your project (ipr) file with the debugger settings and
detailed istructions of what actions to do in order to reproduce the
problem. A small project with the code that illustrates the problem would be
even better.
Also what do you mean by "debugging external app"? Is this remote debug? Are
there any exceptions in the console when debugging "fails"?
