I second that. The kde buffer seems to be independent of the Java buffer (but not always -- if you try pasting the same thing a few times it works sometimes!)
I end up trying stunts like opening the Java file in a text editor from the filesystem, then pasting into that from the kde buffer, and then getting IDEA to re-open the corresponding class. Painful. Cut and paste then isn't yet as smooth as in the windows environment perhaps. Though I do like the idea of multiple buffers in kde with the Klipper. Would be really cool if this worked.
