At least is *has* to be possible to have relative paths to any location
on the drive. When you have a large project that is managed through
version control (e.g. CVS), it has to be possible to check it out
to any location on the drive and have the project work there. There
are absolutely no absolute paths in our projects because of this
(pun intended). Supporting relative paths only in subdirectories
relative from the project fileis not enough in this respect, as
that forces you to put all project files in the root of the project dir.
