Files opened by Idea are saved ONLY when Idea has to save them.

1. Files are buffered in memory.
2. An editor is a view of a memory buffer.
3. Closing an editor only closes the view on the buffer.

Buffers are flushed to disk when the user does a File->Save All, Idea
looses focus or (I think) when Idea flushes the memory cache.

I think most people (me being one of them) got used to the way Idea
manages File Saving.
