Hello!

Currently it is possible to specify for each target should it be shown in
menu (and not grayed in the view) or not. By default, i.e. until you have
edited targets "visibility" via "Properties | Filter Targets", targets with
descriptions and default target are shown and others are not. Do you think
that by default all targets should be "visible"?
