I would rather have them not "greyed" by default, as I have quite many targets that I invoke directly from the Ant tool view (not the menu, as I mentioned). Also, I think "filtered" targets should rather disappear from the view completely, instead of bein greyed. Or better yet: provide visibility switches like in the other views (show/don't show fields, etc.).
