Do you expect a short-cut to function table or a function to short-cut 
table? The first one would be very strange: "What would happen, when I 
press Ctrl-Alt-Z or Shift-Ctrl-Alt-Q?".

I'm sure, Ian wanted to get a function to short-cut table. And this you can 
find indeed to 95% in the menus. Why there are short-cuts displayed right 
beside the menu item's name? As a simple documentation.
