When editing an XML file, the dtd I'm using is highlighted in red. When clicking on the lightbulb and selecting "fetch external resource", it never completes and the request times out. The dtd is at the url specified as I can get to it via a browser.
Does IDEA work if it is behind a proxy ?? If so, how do you configure it. If not, could this be added as a setting as the fetch external resource tool is of no use.
