I just wanted to thank the IntelliJ guys for finally getting this fixed in 615.  Works great now...
I had to continue using 612 up until today, and am very happy to be able to use some of the newer features now that I don't have to worry about this bug any longer...
 
You guys ROCK!!!!

I will ammend this to say that it appears to be only when the JSP uses 2 different taglib directives...
