[Eap-list] #615 'Rebuild Project' erases all my .gif, .properties and .png files

Hi!
I have Linux Suse 7.3, Sun jdk 1.3.1_03, idea #615.

I use Cvs project. Comopilation output path is the same as path to original sources.

After applying 'Rebuild Project' menu command, I have the next result - 
all my .gif, .properties and .png files are destroyed. Some of them
have zero size, some are deleted.

If I canceled 'Rebuild Project' action right after deleting stage and then started 
'Make Project' - everything is ok, all the files are not corrupted.
