Hi Yaroslav,

This behaviour is caused by the lack of the feature: there will be supported
a special mode when the output path is the same as the source path.

Here are the possible workarounds for #615:
1) [preferred imho] Use dedicated output directory for classes. Resources
will be copied there.
2) Remove gif, properties etc from the "Resource file extensions" text field
in the compiler configuration, thus these files won't be considered as
resource files
3) Turn "Synchronize output directory" option off in the compiler
configuration.
