I've got some XMLs which include only file-urls to their dtd (for development). It's something like <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> <!DOCTYPE xbs:bean-scheme SYSTEM "file:///opt/dev/schema/visualizer/bean-schema.dtd"> <xbs:bean-scheme xmlns:xbs="http://ns.iorange.net/schema/2000/beanschema";> ...
