I suspect JetBrain already know how, as the idea-2.5.2 release
installation for MacOS X includes an MRJ Idea.app.

I built an early MRJ app for it by running sh -x idea.sh on the 
command line, and copying the classpath etc. from there.  I was
never able to create an icon for the app, and the 'can't edit an
MRJ app' problem put me off trying further...
