The URL in the following DOCTYPE won't resolve in idea when I open the related XML file.
<!DOCTYPE Configure PUBLIC "-//Sfeir Family//DTD Configure 1.0//EN" "http://www.sfeir.net/config.dtd";> Not sure why, the dtd is there, and my syntax looks OK Is this still an unresolved bug or am I missing something?
