This tells me you cancelled an earlier build while it was still downloading the GCC tarball (which is quite big, > 100MB).
Remove the file /h1/aterrel/.local/easybuild/sources/g/GCC/gcc-4.6.3.tar.gz and try again? By now, you should have probably seen modulecmd issues pop up, so it seems like lmod isn't going to be a big issue... K.
