Dear easybuilders,
I noted an asymmetry in the Perl easyconfig recipes. For the ictce
toolchains, both the bare and non-bare recipes specify
toolchainopts = {'optarch': True, 'pic': True}
but in the goolf recipes this is only the case for '-bare'. If this is
done on purpose it would make sense to have a short comment explaining
the deviation.
I noted this while preaparing the recipe for libsbml (to be posted
soon), where it breaks the perl language bindings.
