I should provide a little bit more context, otherwise this appears to fall out
of the blue:
* RHEL6 still carries and old env-modules (3.2.9), which easybuilders will
inevitably meet 1 day
* RHEL5/Fedora and many others benefit from EPEL and/or actually have a proper
patched version
* if you are on a distro which still carries 3.2.9, be so kind to your
community to ask upgrade
* if you can use Lmod/5.2.5 or greater, you do yourself a favor anyhow ;-)
