One question, related to this:
there are separate icc-version.eb and icc-version-GCC-gccversion.eb files.
Is it possible to have a icc-version-GCC-gccversion.eb file that only acts as
a stub with 2 dependencies? icc/version and GCC/gccversion?
That save some space for the installation (may not be possible if the
installer in reality compiles something with GCC).
The iccifort toolchain already serves this purpose, I think?
Besides 'Toolchain', we also have 'Bundle' for this type of things. A
toolchain is just a very specific type of bundle.
