GC3Pie will log its messages through the EasyBuild logging facility; so if EB logging is set to DEBUG level, then you should see GC3Pie's debug messages in the log. (Then Python's logging configuration is a complicated mess and EB adds some more layers on top, so it's possible that GC3Pie messages are sent down the drain anyway -- we might need Kenneth's help anyway ;-) .)
