Well, in reality *both* `tracejob` and `qstat -x -f` are tried (in this
order) so if any one of the two prints a line like `Exit_status=123`
that's enough for GC3Pie.

I assumed that only tracejob would work on TORQUE and only `qstat -x`
would work on PBSPro, but I have never bothered to check any version of
TORQUE later than 2.x ...
