I think it makes sense to replace libuuid with util-linux. Seems like all development has been moved there. Also, I am in favour of "bundles" for small utilities. I rather have util-linux instead of the myriad of packages it provides (I know we don't install all the packages it provides individually, but I mean that I like the philosophy of bundling stuff).
