This is due to a change in EasyBuild v4.3.2, where we now check the
results of the numpy test suite more thoroughly (see

Note that there's an escape hatch implemented to ignore failing numpy
tests in https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyblocks/pull/2271.
Can you check how similar those problems are to what we see on AMD Rome,
see https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/issues/11836 ?
