Hi Jakob,

In the past EB was running the numpy test suite but not actually catching the 
failures, in the last release we fixed this which means there are now failing 
tests which haven't shown up in the past. If you are willing to accept these 
failures, in your easyconfig you can use:
ignore_test_result = True

SciPy-bundle-2020.11-intel-2020b.eb fails to build, it crashes during the NumPy 
test suite.
