Hi, Has anyone tried to write an EC for the MD package 'Desmond' from Schrödinger Inc.?
It just a packed binary with an install script which can be run interactively or non-interactively. It is probably not too difficult to work out how to set the defaults properly, but I wondered whether anyone had already had a go.
