Oh, another thing to check - is which version of numpy do you have installed?
Because it's very possible, courtesy of the dependency in tensorflow from
SciPy-bundle, that you're getting a version ever-so-slightly older than what's
necessary.

At least that was my most recent experience.

All the best,

Lev

Subject: Re: [easybuild] EC for medaka 1.8.0

Hi Åke,

Thanks for the info.

Looking at the problem I see why medaka doesn't get such regular updates
in EasyBuild. Because medaka 1.8.0 depends on cffi 1.15, which only
turns up in Python-3.10.4-GCCcore-11.3.0.eb, multiple dependencies need
new foss-2022a ECs and some of the dependencies of the dependencies also
need new ECs :-(

So, having failed with

  medaka-1.8.0-foss-2021b.eb

due to the dependency on cffi, on I'll have a go at creating

  medaka-1.8.0-foss-2022a.eb

Cheers,

Loris
