Thanks for your efforts, Loris. Depending on a user's response I may end up going down the rebuild with a newer numpy path which will be quite a chain of dependencies.

I have given up on this. For foss-2022a, the corresponding TensorFlow version is 2.11.0, but medaka expects 2.8.x. I contacted the developers about relaxing this. https://github.com/nanoporetech/medaka/issues/440 but they are sticking to 2.8.x.
