Hello,

This is my first time in this list. I hope it is the right one...

I'm trying to install MBROLA using eb, but it fails due to a wrong checksum:

== FAILED: Installation ended unsuccessfully (build directory: /dev/shm/eb/MBROLA/3.3/GCCcore-9.3.0-voices-20200330): build failed (first 300 chars): Checksum verification for /hpc/shared/EasyBuild/sr c/m/MBROLA/MBROLA-voices-20200330.tar.gz using 0dee14739f82fa247204791248b2d98a87e3f86f8cbb3a5844950103a41d33ba failed. (took 0 secs) == Results of the build can be found in the log file(s) /tmp/eb-0esiuol8/easybuild-MBROLA-3.3-20240416.171429.pEvgR.log ERROR: Build of /hpc/shared/EasyBuild/apps/EasyBuild/4.8.2/easybuild/easyconfigs/m/MBROLA/MBROLA-3.3-GCCcore-9.3.0-voices-20200330.eb failed (err: 'build failed (first 300 chars): Checksum verificatio n for /hpc/shared/EasyBuild/src/m/MBROLA/MBROLA-voices-20200330.tar.gz using 0dee14739f82fa247204791248b2d98a87e3f86f8cbb3a5844950103a41d33ba failed.')

The file is there. So it seems to be a genuinely wrong checksum (in the past I found cases where the file could not be fetched and obviously the checksum verification didn't work).

Probably upstream made a change...? Any idea how can I fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

David
